Production Head at Neterwala

After the complete set up of pant, the person will take over as the Production Head

To drive P, Q, C, D, S, M targets for the plant (Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale)
To build a culture of “Daily Management”
To build a Quality focus Team
To hire and develop required workforce to carry out production activities
To review manpower allocation of all sections
To review all activities of Operations, Production Planning and monitor consumption of materials, process, fuel & power
To drive TPM process
To co-ordinate with marketing function in order acceptance based on the product specifications, the alloy compounding, the costs & the delivery timelines
To interact with team members, QA & Materials so as to ensure release of materials as per dispatch plan
To interact with Technical Dept for product development
To interact with marketing for customer order
To review availability of various moulds & patterns
To generate monthly plan i.e. PRN plan based on customer open order status, published by marketing department
- To ensure the compliance to all various standards as ISO 9001, ISO 14000 & OSHAS 18000
